BC Land Surveying Launches New Website With Fitz Designz

Fitz Designz built and launched a new website for BC Land Surveying, a newly formed Santa Rosa surveying firm, in September 2026. This is the company's first online presence, built around the work they actually do and the people who look for it.

The design ties directly back to the brand: a color palette pulled from the BC Land Surveying logo, topographic line elements worked into the layout as a nod to the actual survey work, and subtle motion on scroll that keeps the page feeling alive without getting in the way of the content. The homepage moves through a founder story (two brothers with a combined 80 years of field experience), a four-step process section that sets expectations before a prospect ever calls, and a service area map covering Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. Navigation is split into four service categories, Property and Boundary, Development and Construction, Regulatory and Compliance, Specialized and Technology, so a client searching for an ALTA survey isn't wading through a page built for FEMA elevation certificates.

The SEO work is where most of the effort went. Each service category is its own page with its own keyword focus, not one blended services page trying to rank for everything. The blog silos out from there: construction staking, ALTA survey requirements, septic planning, each written for the actual questions a developer or property owner searches before hiring a surveyor. No templated filler, no AI-generic phrasing. That structure gives Google a clear topical map of what BC Land Surveying does and where they do it, county by county.

About BC Land Surveying: Founded by brothers Thomas and William Billeter, the firm is based in Santa Rosa and serves Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties, handling boundary, construction, and regulatory survey work for developers, engineers, and property owners across Northern California.
